Shipping and Returns

All orders ship from Seattle, Washington through USPS. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted.

In order to keep shipping costs reasonable, all sticker-only orders come with free USPS First Class Mail via postage stamp. This form of mail is untracked but allows you the freedom to order only a couple of stickers without having to pay an expensive shipping costs. USPS letter mail is very reliable but If you have concerns please choose a shipping method that includes tracking during checkout.

Due to complications from COVID-19, some shipments may face unexpected delays and arrive later than expected. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Your patience and understanding is appreciated in these circumstance.

Domestic Shipping

The numbers below represent estimates and do not represent a guaranteed time frame of delivery. Actual shipping times may vary.

  • USPS First Class Mail: Standard light-weight mail that usually arrives within 1-7 business days. This includes basic letter mail sent via postage stamp. This option does not have tracking. 
  • USPS First Class Package: Usually arrives within 1-5 business days. Includes tracking.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Usually arrives within 1-3 business days. Includes tracking and insurance up to $100 insurance coverage. 
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Usually arrives next day, no later than 2 days. Includes tracking and up to $100 insurance coverage. 


International Shipping

I currently do not ship internationally through this site. Please visit my Etsy if you're interested in placing an order outside of the United States. The shipping options below are available for international shipping through Etsy. The numbers below represent estimates and do not represent a guaranteed time frame of delivery. Actual shipping times may vary.

  • USPS First Class Package International: Typically takes 1-4 weeks. Includes tracking and insurance up to $200.
  • USPS Priority Mail International: Typically takes between 6–10 business days but may vary depending upon destination. Includes tracking and insurance up to $200.

While international orders include tracking, it may only be accurate while in the US and may become inaccurate, update less frequently or no longer track at all once it leaves the country.

International customers are responsible to pay for additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees of your countries. Depending on your country, duties and taxes are settled with the post office or the customs office. You can find more information about customs on the website of your local customs authority. I'm not responsible for delays due to items being held in customs.

Packaging

I take great care in packaging orders to assure their arrival without damage. I strive to use recyclable materials whenever possible, so please do not forget to recycle your packaging!

  • Prints will be shipped in an appropriately sized rigid mailer. I will include a piece of light weight chip board to add further integrity.
  • Stickers will be placed in a small kraft envelop or rigid mailer when ordered on their own, or will be packaged with other larger items when possible
  • Keychains and small accessories will be packaged in a cello bag with cardboard backing and shipped in a small bubble mailer.
  • Large orders may be packaged in a box when necessary.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. I will not send replacements or give refunds for packages that go missing due to incorrect address. If the package is returned to me I can resend with additional shipping costs OR I can refund the order amount minus the shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In any case where your items arrive damaged, please contact me ASAP.

If you ordered stickers with untracked letter mail and it hasn't shown up after a couple of weeks please reach out to me. While uncommon, postal delays due to COVID have on occasion caused unusually long delivery times for standard mail. Stickers shipped via letter mail will be packed in a 8 x 5 inch brown kraft envelope with a branded circle sticker on the front, please keep an eye out for a mail piece matching this description. 

For tracked mail: if your package has been marked as delivered but is no where to be found, please take the following steps:

  • Ask other members of the house hold if they have taken in or accepted a package.
  • Check in with neighbors to see if something may have been mis-delivered.
  • Thoroughly check the area where your mail is commonly delivered in case it was place out of view.
  • Get in touch with your on-site rental office or apartment manager if applicable in case it was dropped off with them.
  • Wait an additional day or two, as sometimes items get marked as delivered a day before they actually arrive.
  • Get in touch with your local post office for assistance in locating your package via a missing mail request. This will give you an exact GPS location of where the postal worker left your package.

Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for resolving situations where a package is suspected to be missing due to theft. Please monitor your delivery status and have a secure place for your mail to be delivered.

Cancellations

I will gladly accept cancellations within 1 hour of the purchase with the exception of digital downloads. All digital download sales are absolutely final. Once your order has been processed and shipped I will be unable to cancel it.

Returns

Returns or exchanges will be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • You must contact me to start the return/exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please get in touch with me and I will provide further instruction.
  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original packaging where applicable, unused and in new condition else the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of returned items.
  • Buyer understands shipping is non-refundable.
  • Items returned without an agreement or understanding will not be refunded, replaced or sent back. 

Once the items are received, I will notify you of your refund or exchange status. Refunds will be in the form of the original payment method. Please keep in mind it may take a couple of days for the refund amount to be reflected on your account.
