Shipping and Returns

All orders ship from Seattle, Washington through USPS. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Due to complications from COVID and local postal worker shortages, some shipments may face delays in transit and arrive later than expected. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Your patience and understanding is appreciated in these circumstances.

Shipping Estimates

I strive to get orders out in a timely manner. Most orders will be ready to ship within 1-3 business days. I will get in touch with you if there are any issues getting your order out in this window of time.

If you place an order on a Friday or weekend, please be aware the soonest it will ship is the next available business day of the following week.

All listed shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. While uncommon, some orders may take around 10-14 business days to arrive due to things like severe weather conditions or local postal worker shortages from COVID. Your patience and understanding is appreciated!

  • USPS First Class Mail: Standard light-weight mail that usually arrives within 1-7 business days. This includes basic letter mail sent via postage stamp. This option does not have tracking. 
  • USPS First Class Package: Usually arrives within 1-5 business days. Includes tracking.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Usually arrives within 1-3 business days. Includes tracking and insurance up to $100 insurance coverage. 
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Usually arrives the next day, no later than 2 days. Includes tracking and up to $100 insurance coverage. This option may not be available for all orders.

In order to keep shipping costs reasonable, all sticker-only orders come with free USPS First Class Mail via postage stamp. This form of mail is untracked but allows you the freedom to order only a couple of stickers without having to pay expensive shipping costs. USPS letter mail is very reliable but If you have concerns please choose a shipping method that includes tracking during checkout.


I take great care in packaging orders to assure their arrival without damage. I strive to use recyclable materials whenever possible, so please do not forget to recycle your packaging!

  • Prints will be shipped in an appropriately sized rigid mailer. I will include a piece of light weight cardboard to add further integrity.
  • Stickers will be placed in a small kraft envelope when ordered on their own. Some larger sticker orders may end up qualifying for free upgraded USPS First Class Package, which includes tracking, and will be shipped in a rigid mailer.
  • Keychains and small accessories will be packaged in a cello bag with cardboard backing and shipped in a small bubble mailer.
  • Soft items, like tote bags, will be sealed in a protective bag and shipped in a poly mailer.
  • Bulky items/orders will ship in an appropriately sized corrugated box. Protective filling may include packing paper or bubble wrap. 
  • Gum tape is used to seal all packaging that is not otherwise self sealing. 

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct! Items will be shipped to the address as it is written. If you discover you have entered your address incorrectly after placing an order please contact me ASAP. It should be fixable as long as the item has not yet shipped.

I will not send replacements or give refunds for packages that go missing due to incorrect address. If the package is returned to me I can resend with additional shipping costs OR I can refund the order amount minus the shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In any case where your items arrive damaged, please contact me ASAP.

If you ordered stickers with untracked letter mail and it hasn't shown up after a couple of weeks please reach out to me. While uncommon, postal delays have on occasion caused unusually long delivery times for standard mail. Stickers shipped via letter mail will be packed in a 8 x 5 inch brown kraft envelope with a branded sticker on the front, please keep an eye out for a mail piece matching this description. 

For tracked mail, if your package has been marked as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please take the following steps:

  • Ask other members of the household if they have taken in or accepted a package.
  • Check in with neighbors to see if something may have been mis-delivered.
  • Thoroughly check the area where your mail is commonly delivered in case it was placed out of view.
  • Get in touch with your on-site rental office or apartment manager if applicable in case it was dropped off with them.
  • Wait an additional day or two, as sometimes items get marked as delivered a day before they actually arrive.
  • Get in touch with your local post office for assistance in locating your package via a missing mail request. This will give you an exact GPS location of where the postal worker left your package.

Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for resolving situations where a package is suspected to be missing due to theft. Please monitor your delivery status and have a secure place for your mail to be delivered.


If you wish to cancel your order please contact me via my contact page or email ASAP. Once your order has shipped and is no longer in my possession I will be unable to cancel it.


Returns will be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package for return/exchange instructions.
  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
  • Buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of returned items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items must be in their original packaging where applicable, unused and in new condition else the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once I have received the items back.
  • Items returned to me outside of the 14 day window and/or without any prior communication will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded or shipped back.

Once the items are received, I will notify you of your refund or exchange status. Refunds will be in the form of the original payment method. Please keep in mind it may take a couple of days for the refund amount to be reflected on your account.
